The Program integrates and delivers a contemporary channelling of the age old philosophical wisdoms and further provides hands on personal guidance using mindset transformation techniques through the lens of psychotherapy and holistic healing. The Program guides development of conscious awareness, a strong sense of understanding of our life’s purpose, and the release of our unconscious negative conditionings.

The Program accelerates the personal development process, bringing a sustained way of peacefully living from our heart, free from the incessant disturbance of our negative thoughts and uncomfortable emotions.

  • This course is designed for men to engage in the program approximately 2 to 3.5 hours per week depending on personal preference. But there’s no time limit on the course. It can be taken as slowly or quickly as suits.

  • The Mens Mind Body & Heart Program is for all men willing to ‘do the work’. To generalise, most men taking this program, are men that ‘set the bar high’ for themselves but haven’t worked out how to separate professional and relationship goals, from personal contentment.

  • This Program was conceived from a surfboard raffle created for a Mens Surfboard Paddle ‘To The Horizon’ (8km out to sea over 90 minutes). From this was born a 10 week program undertaken by 8 men.

    The majority of these men came out the other end of The Program, completely shifted for the better.

    From The original 10 week face to face program, The Mens Mind Body Heart Program was born and recorded while Dean Dampney was on a 4 week teaching retreat with his highest teacher, His Holiness Sakya Trizin 42nd Ratna Vajra Rinpoche, in Kathmandu, Nepal in 2023.

  • The content of The Program is written and spoken in English. It is designed for all English speaking nationalities of men.

  • No it’s definitely not, but it does borrow and integrate from many philosophical ancient wisdoms, with an objective logical approach borrowed from Buddhism and significant influence from the elders of Psychotherapy, namely Carl Jung, and more recently, Gabor Mate.

  • Real as fuck. And intentioned with nothing other than the energy of bringing greater satisfaction, peace, and contentment to men.

  • The Mens Mind Body & Heart Program is designed to bring a sense of community to the men partaking in The Program. This is facilitated through the group live online discussion sessions held for 90 minutes weekly, along with comments and contributions being welcomed in written format.
